An original 2 story Levitt Home on Long Island, looking at real estate sites giving square footage is maxed out at just over a thousand sq. Is there room upstairs for a kid only space, like a loft? I am always a fan of white homes and with the rock I do think it could work. I really like the idea of painting the windows a fun color, like you see int the rendering above.
